DATA ANALYSIS & AMALGAMATION
Following the collapse of an investment vehicle, BDO were appointed administrators and duly engaged our services to conduct data analysis and amalgamation, ensuring an accurate list of creditors was produced to inform investors and build the basis of an action plan to recover the underlying asset and funds.
When the Civil Aviation Safety Authority sought to implement public safety awareness mediums for the operation of small unmanned aerial vehicles, they engaged Molico to produce a number of public training initiatives.
UAV PROGRAM CREATION
Operating a number of major bauxite mines throughout remote Western Australian locations, BHP Billiton Iron Ore sought to source a more persistent and reliable UAV solution which could add greater depth to their current program. Molico provided global market analysis and product evaluation, ensuring the next generation of platforms could achieve desired program outputs.
When the Westpac Little Ripper Group began training third party UAV operators, Molico answered the call and created a CASA approved training program to ensure graduated students could confidently operate a craft in accordance with federal regulations.
MARKET ANALYSIS & REPRESENTATION
Blue Inc. sought to understand the Australian MRO market, with a view to expanding their offering throughout Australasia. Molico was able to define and test the market, identify potential customers and secure revenue growth for Blue Inc.
When the Royal Australian Air Force required a large number of safety related products at short notice, Molico scoured the market and secured a large number of items to support the wider safety program across a singular RAAF division.
PROCUREMENT CHAIN PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
Distributing branded product requires a wide array of supporting product. Yamaha Motor Australia sought to engage international and local suppliers to supply a bespoke range of quality controlled and economical hardware to support a medium range project. Molico effectively assessed and shortlisted a range of global suppliers, ensuring quality and overall budget constraints were met.
During a period of rapid expansion, Molico supported several new franchisees in the McDonald’s system to engage, train and develop staff to meet the demanding needs of each 24 hour hospitality business. Working across several locations and owners, all aspects of engagement and training were conducted in accordance with McDonalds’ standards and operating requirements.
